What is classroom management and why is it so important for an effective classroom? It is an educator’s responsibility to create the best possible classroom environment in order for students to learn and grow. Classroom management is the combination of procedures, expectations, functions, and personal philosophy in an academic setting that benefits the capabilities of the students.
